- 07:00 AM: Meeting at the Horta Maritime Terminal (luggage delivery for organization transport)
- 07:30 AM: Departure of the boat to Madalena (Pico)
- 08:00 AM: Arrival of the boat in Madalena (Pico)
- 09:00 AM: Start of the “Vineyard to the Mountain Trail” stage
- 01:00 PM: Start of transfers from Casa da Montanha to Madalena (hourly departures)
- 02:00 PM: Time limit to arrive at Casa da Montanha
- 03:00 PM: Last transfer departure to Madalena

October 25 (Saturday)
- 08:10 AM: Meeting at the Madalena Maritime Terminal (luggage delivery for organization transport)
- 08:40 AM: Departure of the boat to Velas (São Jorge)
- 10:00 AM: Arrival of the boat in Velas (São Jorge)
- 10:15 AM: Transfer to the Start Line
- 11:30 AM: Start of the “Fajãs Trail” stage
- 03:00 PM: Start of transfers from the finish line to Velas (hourly departures)
- 06:30 PM: Time limit to reach the finish line (last transfer departure to Velas)

October 26 (Sunday)
- 07:30 AM: Meeting at the Velas Maritime Terminal (luggage delivery for organization transport)
- 08:00 AM: Departure of the boat to Horta (Faial)
- 09:40 AM: Arrival of the boat in Horta (Faial)
- 10:00 AM: Transfer to the Start Line
- 11:30 AM: Departure for the “Volcanoes Trail” stage
- 06:30 PM: Time limit to reach the finish line (last transfer departure to Horta)
- 08:00 PM: Awards Ceremony at Horta Municipal Market
